Choose a password manager
Compare Bitwarden (open source, self-host option), 1Password (family/team plans), Keeper (enterprise). Consider: self-hosted vs cloud, price, audit reports.

Set up the organization
Create the organization account. Set up collections or vaults per team/project. Configure SSO if available (Entra ID, Okta). Enable MFA enforcement.

Import existing passwords
Export from Chrome/Firefox/Safari as CSV. Import into password manager. Review duplicates and weak passwords. Start changing them from highest-risk accounts first.
